We believe that Water is for Life, Not Profit. We believe that water is a human right. Water is not a commodity but rather a precious life source for all our human and non-human kin on this blue planet.

Through the unifying lens of water, our work empowers people and communities to activate in solidarity towards social justice. Our unique, campaign-based approach to mobilizing public support brings more and more people into the movement to protect water by connecting the dots between local and systemic issues, targeting systemic change through movement-building.

Grassroots Organizing – We support communities and individuals at the local level to confront and stop acute threats to water and environment, moving toward more just communities.

Regional Campaigns – We work with organizations, communities, & individuals to stop regional threats to water and enact policy that is protective of water.

Solidarity Organizing – We work with organizations, communities, movements & individuals to advance Indigenous-led water protection, stop threats to Indigenous Peoples, and uphold Indigenous sovereignty across Turtle Island.

Education – We create opportunities for people of all ages to learn through water-centered educational content and experiences. We weave voices and issues from the intersectional justice movement into our educational content to show the connectivity between water justice, environmental justice, Indigenous justice, and social justice. We use education as an avenue to move hearts, lifeways, and decision-making toward honouring water and sustainably supporting life because water is life.
